The location is very good, just a walk from either the historic centre or the oyster cabans. The rooftop terrasse is amazing. The stag is very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed.

The roof terrace is spectacular, take the breakfast tray up there and also for an aperitif in the evening. First class breakfast. Bed was comfortable, the “Italian” shower was great. The decoration of the room was so-so, but the airco and sunscreen were also first class.

Location good - only a few mins walk from a lovely beach :) Rooftop bar is also lovely and a nice way to see the sunset. The option to also bring your breakfast up on a tray to the rooftop bar is great. Our room was well equipped and had a lovely little terrace with a table & chairs and a sea view. Good breakfast selection.

Very nice hotel, good location with parking on site, just far enough outside town centre to be quiet, but close enough for an easy walk. Rooms very big, very clean, with big comfortable bed, bathroom spotless and well set out. Breakfast nice with alot of choice. Staff very friendly and very helpful only thing missing for us was a bar, somewhere to have a drink, only availability was a small area near reception with self service small selection of drinks and roof terrace which was nice but had a continuous whining fan and bar that was closed, (only open at the weekend as we were told) other than that we would recommend this hotel and would return

I travelled alone with 2 cats and took a family room so we would have enough space. The room was larger than expected, which was nice, with a lovely (and rather grand) terrace (the cats liked it). The hotel is not new but the room was very clean The staff (at the reception & breakfast, as well as the cleaning lady) were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good (I liked the vegetable milk and detox water as alternatives). Hotel close to the port and beach in rather green surroundings, loved that too. Would surely recommend it!

This hotel is a hidden gem! We arrived 3 hours early and asked could we leave our car whilst we explored the area! We were astounded when we were told our rooms were ready so we could check in !! The staff here are a fantastic group of people and nothing is to much trouble. An extensive and delicious breakfast is served, full continental with bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs (the best I've ever had in a hotel). We could not fault it. The rooms were big, bright, very clean with very comfortable beds and super bathrooms and showers. 5* comfort, service and facilities.

The hotel was just perfect for us. If we had selected a hotel near the beach we would have missed the beautiful houses further back from the main street. There was a lovely walk into the centre along the beach front. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff in reception gave us a map of the area when we arrived, which was a very nice touch. They also helped us with directions to airport avoiding us travelling back into Bordeaux.

Comfortable bed and pillows, sea view and the the roof top terrace is a gem. Paid parking at the back of the hotel is a must as Arcachon is extremely popular and parking is at a premium.

Location allowed easy walking to central area of town. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The Salon provided free tea/coffee, water and a minibar with a good selection of juices, wine & beer. Great shower too.

A fairly last-minute booking so limited choice but happy with the hotel. Friendly reception who managed to find me a parking space in their car park rather than on the street, which was full. Third floor room clean, comfortable, nice balcony with a view of the port over the rooftops. Nice roof top bar. Hotel is slightly out of the main town in a quiet and 'gentile' neighbourhood; about a 15 minute walk which was pleasant in the sunshine along the promenade between the port and the town. Huge sandy beaches and a town buzzy with generous choice of restaurants. Railway station about 1km distance which we used, as suggested by the receptionist, for a day trip to Bordeaux (much better than driving as the road was very slow when we did it the next day on our way home, and parking would have been expensive). Didn't have breakfast at the hotel; croissant by the railway station on one day then breakfast in town en-route home the next.
